When will my order arrive?

As a small business we take pride in our products. All products are made to order and are usually shipped out within 2 to 8 business days. We receive a high number of orders daily and do our very best to get them out to our customers as soon as we can.

During high seasons you may experience delays in your order. We are not responsible for how long an order takes to ship to you once it has left our facility.

Please keep in mind:

Arrival Time = Processing Time + Production Time + Shipping Time

Exchange/ Return Policy

If you're unhappy with your item or would like to exchange it for a different size or style, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving it. To process an exchange:

  1. Ship the item back to us at:

  2. Include a note with your name and order number.

Once we receive the item, we’ll issue store credit for the value of the returned item. Please note:

  • Refunds will not include tax or shipping costs.
  • Items must have Firefly tags attached, free of stains, makeup, or damage. If an item shows signs of wear, store credit will not be issued.

What about shipping costs?

Upon checkout, you may choose the shipping option you wish to use. Free Shipping on orders over $125 within the Continental US. Orders using free shipping will be sent out using USPS First Class or UPS Ground. If you need you item rushed, you can upgrade your shipping by selecting expedited shipping at check out for an additional cost. The shipping fees that you see at checkout are discounted fees straight from the shipping carrier. 

International Orders and Customs Fees (VAT)

All international customers are responsible to pay for their local customs (VAT) fees on delivery if applicable. We are not responsible for any unpaid customs fees or returned packages due to failure of payment of those fees. A refund will not be issued for orders that are abandoned or returned due to unpaid DHL, USPS, UPS custom fees.

Lost Orders or Mis-routed Orders

Our responsibility with shipping is to get your order to the courier.  In some rare cases the US Postal Service and other couriers may lose your package or more likely, deliver it to the wrong address.We cannot be held responsible for a lost or misplaced package after it has reached the courierand during holiday periods of heavy shipping, couriers often misplace or make mistakes delivering packages that take time to for them to correct.If your shipment tracking shows delivered and you did not receive it, you must check with your local post office branch or other courier as most cases we find they mistakenly deliver to the wrong address.  When the packages are scanned as "Delivered" they record the GPS coordinates of the exact delivery location and can retrieve it for you if it was indeed delivered to the wrong address. 

How do I care for my clothing?

Wash inside out using mild detergent with cold water. We highly recommend washing separately for the first 1-2 washes to prevent color transfer. Dry at a low/tumble setting with a dry sheet or for best results hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design.

The more love you show your clothing, the more they will love you back!

When will you restock an item?

We restock items as soon as we are able to order and receive our blanks. Our wholesales are sometimes out of popular products, so we must wait until they restock, so we too are able to restock. We restock what is available to us on a regular basis.
