Refunds and Exchanges
If you're unhappy with your item or would like to exchange it for a different size or style, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving it. To process an exchange:

Once we receive the item, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item to your account.
Please note:
- Store credit will not include tax or shipping costs.
- Items must have Firefly tags attached, free of stains, makeup, or damage. If an item shows signs of wear, store credit will not be issued.

My daughter was at a Stranger Things Epic Con in GA and noticed a Vecna tshirt. She didn’t buy it immediately and went back for it, but it had sold out. She was able to order it and have it shipped!! She loves her shirt and the customer service was amazing!!

Love my smallville t shirt. My only complaint is that there aren’t more types of this sort of apparel. Would love to see the “Kent farms” or more “smallville” type apparel on here. Keep up the great work!
